David is a full-time, Registered Home Inspector and WETT Certified Inspector who prides himself on his strong work ethic and the importance of providing a professional service to all of his clients.
After graduating from University, David began his career as a successful construction engineer, progressing to operations director of a thriving construction company.
After 20+ years of working in the construction industry, David relocated and headed back to college to study for his home inspection certificate - which he passed with honours.
David's early inspection career included providing Risk Assesment Inspections for the insurance industry and Pre-Delivery Inspections for real estate development companies.
David now focuses on providing Pre-Purchase & Pre-Sale Home & WETT Inspections throughout the Counties of Peterborough, Northumberland, Durham, Kawartha Lakes and Hastings.
